- Most products will ship within 5 - 10 business days. If we have the products in our warehouse your product will ship within 24 hours. You may email firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm availability. If your part is shipping from a factory warehouse some manufacturers will not ship directly to customers so we must first receive the shipment from the factory and then forward it to you, resulting in delays. As soon as you place your order you will get confirmation by email and within 48 hours you will receive updates regarding tracking or shipping timing.
- A 10% fee applies to ALL order changes and cancellations. Please confirm everything is correct with your order before final submission.
- Requests for return must be made in writing within 14 days of purchase, send to email@example.com. All returns require authorization, items received in our warehouse without an RMA number will be returned to sender.
- REPORTEDLY FAULTY ITEMS-Warranty terms vary from product to product. Beyond 30 days of purchase date customers are responsible for shipping costs of returns under warranty. Some items are covered under warranty for REPAIR rather than REPLACEMENT. Allow 2-3 weeks for repairs under warranty.
- A minimum 25% re-stocking fee will be deducted from ALL refunds or credits on returned items. Some products are non-returnable.
- Non stocking items/custom products may not be returnable or 50% or more restocking fees may apply.
- When calculating shipping timing remember that weekends and holidays are not delivery days. Saturday and overnight deliveries may be available but you must contact our office with request for this service, email to firstname.lastname@example.org
- Signature requirement for your delivery is available upon request. If you request signature required upon delivery in the COMMENTS BOX during check-out an additional $3 fee will be added to your order. Otherwise, the package will be left at your door, or as close as possible. On our more expensive products we will include a required signature which is noted on those product pages. If you choose not to have this requirement you will be responsible for loss or damages and can make that request in the comments box during checkout process.
- Free Shipping is only available on certain products and within the contiguous United States.
- Shipping and handling charges are calculated LIVE and are not refundable.
- All backordered items ship out via the shipping method paid for at the time of order. Items ordered with expedited shipping may not be immediately available and no refunds or discounts will be available unless requested and authorized before the item is processed for shipment.
- Canadian and International customers may be charged for customs fees on their orders which are fully the responsibility of the customer. These orders are shipped via USPS.
