Return Policy


We want our customers to be totally satisfied with their purchases from us! 

Our return policy is available for 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Request for RMA, Return Merchandise Authorization, must be in writing and within 14 days of receipt of merchandise

Defective product return/refund will be subject to the warranty terms of the manufacturer, if within 14 days of receipt. Replacement is standard.

Products received without an RMA will be returned to sender.

RMA shipping for authorized returns will be at the expense of the purchaser.

Warranty - vary by Manufacturer and from product to product. Purchasers will be responsible for shipping costs of returns under warranty or per terms of the Manufacturer. Purchasers will be directed to contact the manufacturer in most cases for warranty.

Repairs - some products are covered under warranty for repair rather than REPLACEMENT.

RG or RGB; Limited warranty of 90 days(from date of receipt) for “RG or RGB” multicolor lasers, a discount/credit may be given or product exchange may be made, within the 90-day time frame or product returned for evaluation for repair. Purchaser will be responsible for return shipping.

Restocking fee - A minimum 25% re-stocking fee will be deducted from ALL refunds or credits for returned items per authorized RMA.

Some products are non-returnable.

Custom OR special order products are not returnable.

Shipping; timing does not include weekends or holidays. Saturday delivery may be requested at the time of checkout in comments and additional fee will be requested via email. Some areas do not allow Saturday delivery.

Overnight shipping is not provided.

Shipping/handling are not refundable on authorized returns or product replacement. We are not responsible for shipper’s delays or their errors on expedited orders. Ground shipping has no arrival guaranty. All orders are shipped insured with tracking. If a product arrives defective or damaged a claim with the shipper will be initiated for insurance and must be reported in writing to

Free shipping does not apply to returns. Purchaser is responsible for shipping costs related to returns, see above.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
