Return Policy
Our return policy is available for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a refund, the following should be met:
- Merchandise must be new, unopened, uninstalled and with all its original parts, accessories or documentation (i.e. remote controls, wire harnesses, warranty cards, manuals etc.).
- Items damaged due to improper packaging.
If you qualify for a refund, you can return your item(s) within 30 days for a full refund (minus shipping costs).
The following expenses are non-refundable:
- Shipping services.
- International custom and duties fees.
- Installation services.
Please note, any merchandise being returned with an open box will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. This covers our expenses to inspect and test the open boxed items. If it is determined that the item(s) does not meet our return policy guidelines (used items, etc.), the return request will be denied and the customer will be contacted to pay for shipping expenses to send the merchandise back to the customer.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please complete the RMA request prior to shipping back your return by visiting our - RETURN CENTER.

Please note: we are not responsible for sending back merchandise to customers that returned items that do not qualify for a refund (such as used items).
Please understand that we have a strict return policy in place because we sell products that are used for particular occasions, such as a one-day event or decorating during a holiday. If we accept returns for used items, our customers would use the products for this short occasion and then return the items to us (which has happened in the past). We provide video demonstrations of all of our products in action and do our best to describe what you should expect with each product.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.
For your protection, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance on the return shipment. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Return Shipping Cost: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to returning an item unless the item was received defective or different from the ordered item.
Shipping charges are not refundable: Original shipping costs are deducted from your refund, store credit, or exchange towards alternate products. On orders that received free shipping, a minimum fee* will be deducted from the refund amount (*$12.95 on orders under $100, and $19.95 on orders over $100). Freight orders and large or multi-box orders will be charged actual shipping costs.
Damaged Items: If you received damaged product and/or shipping box from shipment you must notify us within three (3) calendar days from your delivery date of any damage that occurred during shipment.
Non-refundable exclusions are products with; pre-cut wire, all software, downloads or digital content, installation labor, and special order or made-to-order products.
30 Day Money Back Guarantee: You may return or exchange your new and unused items for any reason within 30 days as long as items are in the same new condition which they were received.
Lost or Damaged Goods: Customers are not liable for shipping charges if the incorrect item was shipped or if an item has been damaged/lost in transit by the carrier. Refunds for lost or damaged packages will be issued after a claim has been filed, and approved by the carrier and LasersandLights.com has received final confirmation of payment.
When will I get my refund or replacement? After we receive your product, we normally process your exchange or refund within two business days. Some product requires additional testing or evaluation.
Please be advised that return services are not refundable. Expenses non-refundable:
- Shipping services.
- International custom and duties fees.
- Installation services.
How will I know if you've received my return? We will email you a Return Received notice detailing that your return has been received. An additional email will be sent following the completion of the return process.
Missing a Package or Never Received Your Order? If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered, but you cannot find it, please do the following:
- Verify the shipping address on the order is where you have been looking for the package.
- Look for a notice of attempted delivery.
- Look around the location for your package (example - front porch, back porch, side door, etc.)
- See if someone else such as a neighbor or co-worker has accepted the delivery.
- Check your mailbox or wherever else you receive mail or packages
