After your payment is verified, it may take up to 24 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 12:00 P.M. EST will be shipped out the next business day.
For United States orders, delivery will take between 2-5 business days on average.
For international orders, delivery times are between 3 - 10 business days on average. Please be patient with international orders as they will inevitably take longer to be delivered, allow at least 10 business days before reaching out to our customer support.

Free U.S. Shipping Rules (All Free Shipping Types):
- Order value must be over $99 (not including tax)
- Qualifying items must be ordered via www.LasersandLights.com.
- Free shipping is for the 48 Contiguous States only.
- Excludes PO Boxes, Alaska, FPO/APO, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam.
Free shipping is for lower 48 states in the continental US only (carrier of our choice).
To qualify for free shipping, orders must be greater than $99.00 and must be shipped to an address within the *contiguous 48 U.S. states*. Shipping addresses in Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or Guam, as well as P.O. Boxes are not included in this offer.
Delivery times for orders with free U.S. shipping generally take between 2-7 business days on average.
If you purchase multiple items, it is possible that your order will be shipped in separate packages.
We use multiple shipping carriers to deliver packages (USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL) depending on your delivery location.
If an item is not available at one of our company warehouses, it will ship directly from the manufacturer. Most manufacturer’s ship out orders for us within 24 hours. However, it may take longer depending on the manufacturer’s product availability and schedule of shipment during the busy holiday season.
Orders that ship directly from the manufacturer may be shipped via a different shipping method than the method selected. Mixed manufacturer orders may ship separately from different locations and have separate tracking numbers. Generally, our manufacturers ship the same day the order is received or following business day. If you selected expedited shipping and paid a premium for that service and we are unable to provide expedited shipping then you will be refunded the difference in shipping costs.
SHIPPING POLICY DISCLAIMER:
We are not responsible for lost packages left by the carrier. If you will not be home to receive the package(s), we recommend for you to have the package held at a UPS, FedEx, or USPS hub station for pick-up. You will need to request this once the order has been placed. Please be aware that we will send an email with the tracking number to allow you to track the order online and get an estimated delivery date.
The quoted shipping times are an estimate from the shipping provider and are NOT guaranteed. The shipping times may be affected by weather, errors on the part of the courier, etc. Lasers & Lights, LLC cannot control the courier service once the order has been shipped.
