Broken Lasers from Arrival

I have been a long time customer of this company. I’ve probably bought close to 50 Lasers over the past 10 years. Every year I replace any old lasers. This year I ordered 2 new green and red garden Lasers. From the moment I unpacked the first light I noticed the quality of the light was very cheaply made. The remote didn’t work so the light was on a constant non moving red and green. The second light also had a remote that didn’t work and this light was on a constant moving red and green. I contacted the company that next day by email. They responded that they were sorry and that they would contact me soon with a resolution. Well after 10 more days I sent another email letting them know that I was still waiting. Well Christmas is 5 days away and I still have not heard a word from them. These lights are not cheap so needless to say I’m very disappointed in this company and as of this moment I will NEVER purchase another product from them due to their lack of follow through. Once again I was a long time customer and apparently they don’t care.
